My passion is to create beautiful dimensional hair color, finding that perfect shape on a client, & smoothing that unruly frizzy hair. It is also important for me, to be honest and upfront with my guests. This is why, I always will require a FREE consultation, prior to any service & booking, with each new guest! Included in this consultation, will be; upfront starting pricing, a scalp and hair analysis, & a recommendation of which service(s) and maintenance regimen will be best for that client and their lifestyle! My background has been primarily with Aveda. I also have extensive color knowledge in: Redken, Joico, Pulp Riot, & other professional brand lines. I have taken many education courses in all things; color, haircut and speciality techniques and trends. My most popular smoothing system I use is the Brazilian Blowout and Brazilian Express Blowout. They leave the hair healthy, smooth, frizz-free and give radiant shine. I also have expertise in Ammonium Thioglycolate relaxers. I am now, a Kevin Murphy salon. Kevin Murphy is very comparable to Aveda. I love how they say, “the scalp is an extension of your skin”! They have an extensive retail and color line. They have a product for every type of guest, ranging from volume to repair! The aromas create an even better experience! The products produce incredible shine, softness and texture. Clients are loving their results with KM! I have a retail salon website, to make your retail needs easy and ships by right to your house! Cancellation Policy
*Clients will receive multiple confirmation emails/texts, to remind them of their reservation.*
If you cancel, or no-show, within 48 hours or LESS, of your scheduled reservation; you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
<CANCELLATION FEES AS FOLLOWS>
•Outside of the 48 hours notice, will NOT be charged.
•Within 48 hours or LESS notice, will be charged 50% of their service.
•Within 24 hours or LESS notice, will be charged 100% of their service.
•No Shows, will be charged 100% of their service. They will also not be able to pre-book their next reservation.

•If 3 consecutive standing reservations are canceled… within 48hrs or LESS…
the remaining standing reservations will be cancelled.

<CHANGE OF SERVICE>
•If you reserve an appointment, for a larger service…and change the service to a lesser service, within 48hrs or less…
You may be subject to a charge.
•The difference, of the original service that was reserved in advance.
•IN ADDITION TO the lesser changed service amount total.
*This is still considered a last minute cancellation of service*
For example:
Reserved for a…
COLOR RETOUCH + PARTIAL FOIL + HAIRCUT + STYLE- for $250
That books out for 3+ hours.
And change to…
HAIRCUT + STYLE- for $70
That books only for an hour.
*Two hours are not able to be refilled with the short notice. Meaning loss of potential income*
If canceled less than 24 hours…
The Cancellation Policy will still be utilized.
The charge for less than 24 hours notice,
will be 100%.
The fee can result in paying the difference of $180, in addition to, the new charge of $70;
Totaling the original charge of $250.
If canceled less than 48 hours…
The Cancellation Policy will still be utilized.
The charge for less than 48 hours notice,
will be 50%.
The fee will then result in paying the difference of $90, in addition to the new charge of $70; Totaling in the total of $160.
<LATE POLICY>
•If you are 15mins LATE or MORE, your reservation may be rescheduled, for a later date and time.
(You may also be subject to a fee.)
