My passion is to create beautiful dimensional hair color, finding that perfect shape on a client & smoothing out that unruly frizzy hair. It is also important for me, to be honest and upfront with my clients. This is why, I always will require a FREE consultation, prior to any service & booking, with each new guest! Included in this consultation will be; upfront starting pricing, a scalp and hair analysis, & recommendations of which service(s) to be performed, and a maintenance regimen that will be best for each guest and their lifestyle! My career started at the Brown Aveda Institute, where I attended their cosmetology program, in 2002. I also have extensive color knowledge in: Redken, Joico, Pulp Riot, & other professional brand lines. I have taken many education courses in all things; color, cuts, texture, along with speciality techniques. My most popular smoothing system, that I use currently, is Brazilian Blowout & Brazilian Express Blowout. I am also, one of the first, to be certified in the all new Brazilian Blowout Free, with no formaldehyde! They all leave the hair healthy, smooth, frizz-free and give radiant shine. I also have expertise in Ammonium Thioglycolate relaxers. Beth Diamond Salon is exclusive to Kevin Murphy. I love how they say, “the scalp is an extension of your skin”! They have an extensive retail and color line. They have a product for every type of guest, ranging from volume to repair! The aromas create an even better experience! The products produce incredible shine, softness and texture. My guests are loving their results with KM! Cancellation Policy
*Clients will receive multiple confirmation emails or texts, to remind them of their scheduled reservation.*
Note:
If I see that your scheduled appointment is not confirmed by you, through the confirmation email or text. You will then receive either a text, email, or phone call by me, the day before your scheduled reservation. If you need help, in showing you, how to confirm through the email or text. I can show you how to do so at your appointment.

As a courtesy, please remember to contact me (text preferred), as soon as know, that you are unable to make your scheduled reservation. I will be more than happy, to help you find a more convenient appointment!
Note:
Yes, there will be times, when you may need to cancel. I understand completely! Life and the unexpected may happen! I just ask for some common courtesy of having to do so. If you are consistently having to cancel your scheduled reservation; calling instead for a reservation may be a better option for you.
<PRIVACY POLICY>
Keeping your information is very important. It will be never sold or shared outside of the salon. Only I, will be the one to see your contact, credit card, and any other personal details.
**If you cancel, or no-show, within 48 hours or LESS, of your scheduled reservation; you may be subject to a cancellation fee.**
…CANCELLATION FEES AS FOLLOWS…
<CANCELING RESERVATIONS>
•Outside of the 48 hours notice, will NOT be charged.
•Within 48 hours or LESS notice, will be charged 50% of their total service.
•Within 24 hours or LESS notice, will be charged 100% of their total service.
<MISSED RESERVATIONS>
•A NO CALL/NO SHOW, will be charged 100% of their total service.
•A NO CALL/NO SHOW, will be required to
PAY A DEPOSIT, for any future reservations.
<CANCELING STANDING RESERVATIONS>
•If THREE CONSECUTIVE standing reservations are canceled…
within 48hrs or LESS…
•Your remaining standing reservations will be canceled.
•You will be required to PAY A DEPOSIT, to hold any future reservations. The deposit will be based on your service total.
<MISSED STANDING RESERVATIONS>
•If you “NO CALL/NO SHOW”, a standing reservation, with no explanation as to why ….
It will result in….
•Your remaining standing reservations will be canceled.
•You will be required to PAY A DEPOSIT, to hold any future reservations. The deposit will be based on your service total.
•Prior to me canceling all remaining standing reservations, I will first be reaching out to you by:
text, email, and/or phone call. If I do not hear back, I will remove the remaining reservations.
<LATE ARRIVAL POLICY>
•If you are 15mins LATE or MORE, your reservation may be rescheduled, for a later date and time.
Cancellation Policy fees may be applied.
<CHANGE OF SERVICE POLICY>
•If you know prior, to your reserved reservation, that you need to change your service, PLEASE let me know as soon as possible. The new service needs to have the proper allotted time reserved.
•If it is changed to a smaller service, then another guest, will be able to fill the empty time now available.
•If you decide to change your service, to one that requires more time, you may be required to move to another date and time.
if CHANGED WITHIN 48hrs or less…
•If you reserve an appointment, for a larger service that holds a time slot for 3+ hours or more….
and change the service to a lesser service, of an hour or less.
***YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CHARGE***
•Cancellation Policy fees may come into effect.
Due to being a last minute cancellation of service.
•THE NEW CHARGE COULD BE:
The DIFFERENCE of the original service that was reserved in advance + IN ADDITION TO the lesser changed service amount total.
<SERVICE REFUND POLICY>
Salons services are nonrefundable.
If you have any questions or concerns, about your service, please contact me as soon as possible. You are only allotted 7 days from when the service was performed, to make possible adjustments. If any adjustments are made, they would be only what the service was for initially. After 7 days, there will be a new charge for any services done.
<RETAIL RETURN POLICY>
For health and safety reasons, retail products can only be returned for a full refund, if they are unopened and unused, within in 7 days with a receipt.
If the product is opened or used, a 30% restocking fee will be charged, and you will be given a store credit for the remaining amount.
<GIFT CARD REFUND POLICY>
Beth Diamond Salon gift cards are nonrefundable. If you have received a gift card for a specific service, but do not wish to use it, it can be exchanged for a similar service or for a lesser value service.
