My passion is creating beautiful dimensional hair color, finding that perfect shape for each client & smoothing out unruly, frizzy hair. It is extremely important to me to be honest and upfront with my guests. This is why I always require a FREE consultation for every new guest before any service or booking. During this consultation, we will go over starting pricing, a scalp and hair analysis, & recommendations for which service(s) will best suit your hair, and a maintenance regimen customized for your lifestyle! My career began at the Brown Aveda Institute, where I completed their cosmetology program in 2002. I also have extensive color knowledge in Redken, Joico, Pulp Riot, & other professional brand lines. Over the years, I have taken many education courses in all things; color, cuts, texture, along with speciality techniques. My most popular smoothing system, that I use currently, is Brazilian Blowout & Brazilian Express Blowout. I was one of the first stylists certified in the all new Brazilian Blowout Free, with no formaldehyde! All of these systems leave the hair healthy, smooth, frizz-free and radiant. I also have expertise in Ammonium Thioglycolate relaxers. Beth Diamond Salon is exclusive to Kevin Murphy. I love their philosophy: “the scalp is an extension of your skin”! Their extensive retail and color lines offer products for every hair type — from volume to repair— and their beautiful aromas make the experience better! My guests are loving their results with KM! I also offer a retail salon website, through Salon Interactive, making it easy to purchase products that ship directly to your home! Cancellation Policy
<CONFIRMATIONS>
Clients will receive multiple confirmation emails or texts to remind them of their scheduled reservation.
Note:
If your scheduled appointment is not confirmed through the email or text link, you will receive a reminder via text, email, or phone call from me the day before your reservation.
If you need help confirming your appointment, I can show you how to do so during your visit.

Note:
There will be times when you may need to cancel — I completely understand! Life and the unexpected happen. I simply ask for the common courtesy of letting me know.
If you find that you are consistently needing to cancel your reservations, calling ahead for future bookings may be a better option for you.

<PRIVACY POLICY>
Keeping your information private is very important. It will never be sold or shared outside of the salon. Only I will be able to see your contact information, credit card, and any other personal details.

<IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL>

If you cancel or no-show within 48 hours or less of your scheduled reservation, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

<CANCELING RESERVATIONS>
• OUTSIDE OF 48 HOURS: No charge.
• WITHIN 48 HOURS or LESS: 50% of the total service.
• WITHIN 24 HOURS or LESS: 100% of the total service.

<MISSED RESERVATIONS>
…No Call/No Show…
• A NO CALL / NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the total service.
• A NO CALL / NO SHOW will also be required to pay a deposit for any future reservations.

<CANCELING STANDING RESERVATIONS>
• If THREE CONSECUTIVE standing reservations are canceled within 48 hours or less, your remaining standing reservations will be canceled.
• You will be required to pay a deposit to hold any future reservations. The deposit will be based on your service total.

<MISSED STANDING RESERVATIONS>
…No Call/No Show…
If you NO CALL / NO SHOW a standing reservation without any explanation, it will result in:
• Your remaining standing reservations being canceled.
• You being required to PAY A DEPOSIT to hold any future reservations. (Deposit amount is based on the service total.)
• Before canceling all remaining standing reservations, I will reach out to you by text, email, and/or phone call. If I do not hear back, I will remove the remaining reservations.

<LATE ARRIVAL POLICY>
If you are 15 minutes LATE or MORE, your reservation may need to be rescheduled for a later date and time. Cancellation Policy fees may be applied.

<CHANGE OF SERVICE POLICY>
•If you know ahead of your scheduled reservation that you need to change your service, PLEASE let me know as soon as possible. The new service needs to have the proper allotted time reserved.
•If the service is changed to a smaller service, another guest may be able to fill the time now available.
•If you change your service to one that requires more time, you may be required to move to another date and time.

If changed within 48 hours or less…
•If you reserved a larger service that holds a time slot of 3+ hours, and change it to a lesser service of an hour or less:
**YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CHARGE**
•Cancellation Policy fees may apply due to the last-minute change.
THE NEW CHARGE COULD BE:
•The difference between the original service that was reserved in advance PLUS the cost of the lesser service you changed to.

<SERVICE REFUND POLICY>
Salon services are nonrefundable. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, please contact me as soon as possible.
You are allotted 7 days from the date your service was performed to request adjustments. Any adjustments made will be to correct the original service only. After 7 days, a new charge will apply for any additional services.

<RETAIL RETURN POLICY>
For health and safety reasons, retail products can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened and unused, within 7 days and with a receipt.
If the product has been opened or used, a 30% restocking fee will be charged, and you will receive a store credit for the remaining amount.

<GIFT CARD REFUND POLICY>
Beth Diamond Salon gift cards are nonrefundable. If you have received a gift card for a specific service but do not wish to use it, it can be exchanged for a similar service or for a lesser-value service.
